For our client, we are looking for a candidate like you as Project Lead HR (m/w/d) in Aalen, starting immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility as a project manager to successfully build towards an effective environment @SMT as part of the INToSMT project
  • Communicate and track clear objectives and milestones for the workstream (project plan for this FY set)
  • Provide regular status updates to project team / project lead
  • Coordinate four substreams Culture, Language, Administration & Outside SMT
  • Work towards achievement of goals set in the sub streams and support stream leads in achieving these goals
  • Identify and allocate necessary resources, if needed
  • Managing student support in the stream effective environment
  • Support Org-Units in defining and establishing bottom-up measures
  • Steering of interdependencies to other workstreams
  • Steering of escalations in the workstream
  • Steering and communication to workers council

Qualifications

  • University degree with business administration or social science background
  • At least 5 years working experience, ideally with experience in leading complex projects in an international context
  • Strong and proven project management skills
  • Very good language skills in German and English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solution-oriented and independent work style; ability to work effectively in a team and resolve conflicts
  • 20 hours week
