Project Manager New Product Development

Your tasks

• Manage new product development projects end-to-end, ensuring compliance with specifications, budget, and deadlines; report progress and deviations to management.
• Coordinate and assess internal and external development partners, focusing on expertise, efficiency, and quality.
• Lead core team meetings, reviews, and workshops; maintain full project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Actively participate in requirement engineering in close cooperation with product management, in line with global standards and guidelines.
• Drive stakeholder management, cross-project cooperation, and continuous improvement of local processes and procedures.

Your profile

• University degree in Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical background with relevant further education.
• 2–4 years of experience project management in a multidisciplinary industrial environment.
• Solid knowledge of project management methods and tools (WBS, scheduling, risk management, DFMEA/PFMEA) and MS Project, MS Office, and SAP.
• Structured and independent working style, strong communication skills, and confidence in presenting to diverse audiences.
• Fluent in Italian.
• English level B2 or higher.
