Project Leader

Piper Companies is looking for a Project Leader to join a design‑build and systems integration firm based out of Northern Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and deployment of Integrated Infrastructure and telecommunications systems
• Coordinating and running a project kick‑off meeting (PKOM) and key monthly project (KPR) reviews
• Forecasting cash flow and manpower needs for projects
• Assuring a timely completion of a project including the completion of punch‑list items, the submittal of accurate as‑built drawings, operation, and maintenance manuals

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in construction specific to Telecommunications & Security Systems with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Science, Information Technology, Construction Management, or Engineering discipline
• Proficiency in the Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling Method and General Contractor Schedules
• Extensive experience leading diverse teams & projects with construction budgets valued between $500K – $10M+ in Telecommunication Scopes
• Minimum 4+ years of cabling experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $75,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)
