About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support throughout all project life cycle phases (design, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance).
  • Develop and implement service strategies to optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and service plans.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Deliver technical training and support to clients and internal teams where required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • 3–7 years of experience in project engineering, maintenance, or life cycle services.
  • Strong understanding of asset management and maintenance strategies.
  • Experience with industrial systems, automation, or infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
