Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior / Associate Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will assist senior project managers in coordinating resources, tracking project progress, managing documentation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

This role is ideal for candidates who are early in their project management career and are looking to develop hands‑on experience in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and managing project activities from initiation to completion
  • Support project scheduling, resource allocation, and task tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved
  • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management
  • Identify potential risks and support mitigation strategies
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and communication records
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items
  • Support budget tracking and basic financial reporting for projects
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational expectations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or similar roles
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or working toward certification
  • Experience working in a technology, consulting, or operations environment
  • Experience with data analysis or reporting tools
