About the role
The Opportunity
- Provide project management support to a federal energy client for research and development (R&D) programs.
- Work with a project team to support all aspects of the project life cycle, including project initiation, solicitation, and procurement.
- Monitor project performance against awards, costs, schedules, and milestones.
- Prepare written reports and briefs to illustrate project status and accomplishments.
- Coordinate and support meetings and conferences.
- Work in a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality output on-time and within budget.
- Work directly with the client to assist with developing and executing R&D projects successfully.
- Assist with operational analysis and procedures, draft memoranda, and participate in multiple projects.
You Have
- 3+ years of experience with program or project support to a government or R&D organization
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Management Analyst, Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, Scheduler, or Project Management Financial Analyst
- 3+ years of experience with schedule management, project financial management, quality management, scope management, or project management
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree

Salary
- The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).

Work Model
