About

We are looking for a project manager (all genders) to join our team immediately in the field of quantum technologies on a part‑time or full‑time basis, limited until the end of 2026, with the possibility of extension. There may be a change in responsibilities as part of the extension.

Responsibilities

• Project management in the field of quantum technologies
• Planning and implementation of summer schools
• Creation of specialist content (e.g. website, information material)
• Communication with various players in quantum technologies
• Organization and preparation of transfer and networking formats

Requirements

• Completed studies in STEM, business informatics or business administration (at least a Bachelor’s degree)
• Interest in future technologies or quantum technologies, affinity for technology
• Desire to delve deep into the quantum technology ecosystem
• Enjoy interacting and networking
• Communication talent
• Independent and proactive working style
• Very good German and good English skills

ARIC e.V. is the official AI and quantum technology center of the city of Hamburg. We bundle cross‑industry and cross‑topic AI expertise in the Hamburg metropolitan region. We are the link between application‑oriented research and practical application and work on interdisciplinary projects, events and training formats. We are also responsible for the “Hamburg Quantum Innovation Capital” initiative, coordinating and shaping the development of the city of Hamburg’s quantum technology innovation
