This is a temporary (6 month) Project Management Manager role based in Jersey City supporting project planning, execution, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. The role focuses on developing detailed project timelines, tracking progress using the company's timeline tool, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. The position requires experience in the beauty industry and strong familiarity with project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
• Track progress using the timeline tool and update stakeholders on status and milestones.
• Perform risk management to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience in the beauty industry is required.
• Seasoned experience working with project management platforms and timeline tools.
• Available for a full-time temporary assignment (6 months) and able to remain stationary for approximately 7.5 hours/day; light to moderate lifting may be required.
