Your Tasks

  • Organizing, preparing, and conducting regular status meetings with sub-project managers
  • Organizing and preparing project meetings with, for example, steering committees, stakeholders, and senior management
  • Identifying, preparing, and implementing communication measures to create cost awareness within the IT department
  • Other administrative tasks and project support

Requirements

  • Advanced communication skills
  • Structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • ERA Level Information Technology 1, ZEG 12

This position is a direct placement with an internationally active company.

Up to 100% home office is possible after intensive on-site training.
