Your Tasks

• Establish a Project Management Organisation within GOV Customer Support
• Focus on governance, standards, performance reporting, strategic alignment and prioritization throughout the organization
• Drive strategic development of the department by designing concepts that enhance scalability and foster continuous improvement
• Lead cross-functional Customer Support Projects in collaboration with Team Leaders and Regional Managers
• Support the Director in prioritizing departmental tasks, allocating resources and managing ongoing initiatives
• Coordinate and oversee Project Status reviews within the department

With this you convince us

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (BSc) or an equivalent professional qualification in engineering, business, or a related technical or commercial field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the aviation sector; customer service and government exposure preferred
• Fluent English skills, German would be an advantage
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Open-minded, innovative, and solutions-oriented approach
