We are looking for a Light Project Manager Office (PMO) to provide focused guidance, oversight, and support for several projects. The main mission is to ensure efficient and effective delivery in alignment with organisational objectives, while optimising resource and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guidance & Monitoring: Provide practical, hands-on guidance and continuous monitoring for all departments’ projects from initiation to completion.
  • Implement and enforce streamlined, agile project methodologies tailored for rapid deployment and efficient execution, avoiding unnecessary complexity.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and develop mitigation strategies for high-priority project risks, ensuring timely resolution and minimising impact on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Closely track project progress against defined scope and schedule, intervening as necessary to keep projects on track and within agreed parameters.
  • Establish and maintain a system for tracking key deliverables, including reports submission, communications, and ad-hoc leadership requests, to ensure timely completion and accountability.
  • Coordinate closely with administration to ensure seamless integration and support of new initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain a centralised system for comprehensive budget tracking providing real-time visibility into financial status.
  • Facilitate strategic and efficient allocation of financial resources, ensuring funds are directed to projects with the highest impact and priority.
  • Implement and monitor robust cost control measures, including regular expenditure reviews and variance analysis, to ensure fiscal responsibility and prevent budget overruns.
  • Systematically allocate and track both human and technological resources.
  • Support initiatives to address identified skill gaps through targeted training, cross-functional assignments, or strategic external support to enhance project capabilities.

Your profile

  • 2-5 years of experience on a similar role
  • Proven experience in project coordinating
  • Strong communication skills
  • Working experience with Excel, Power Point and Trello
  • Fluent English and French
