Your daily life
The Gennevilliers Campus is at the heart of the design, development, and support activities for major defense systems: radiocommunications, resilient networks and infrastructure systems, satellite communications, collaborative combat, and cybersecurity. Located north of Paris, it is easily accessible by public transport.
The Strategic Networks & Infrastructure (RIS) sector is the prime contractor and integrator of resilient networks offering a high level of service quality, security, and guaranteed availability in times of crisis, even in cases of force majeure.
Reporting to the Head of the Project Office, your objective is to actively contribute to the management of an RIS Project. You will act as the coordinator for the project's PMOs. You will also serve as the PMO for Costs, Structuring and Planning, Risks, Reporting, and Document Management.
You will participate in updating decision-support data for project and work package management.
To do this, you will work closely with the Project Manager (PM) and the Work Package Managers (WPM).
In this capacity:
- You will provide expertise in project management in accordance with the Thales framework adjusted for the project.
- You will collect progress information from the work packages and participate in consolidating a project management schedule in Primavera.
- You will be responsible for implementing the remaining work.
- You will update and consolidate data in the Risks & Opportunities register.
- You will prepare baselines.
- You will produce data useful for various reports.
Throughout the project, you will ensure the validity, consistency, and relevance of the project's reference data. You will be a central player in the project's success thanks to your control, analysis, and data alerting capabilities. Your role as a functional manager for the project PMO team is crucial for the project.
Your profile
With an engineering degree or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience as a PMO. You also have experience in functional management.
You have coordination skills, a service-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and diplomacy.
You are familiar with project management tools such as MSProject, Primavera, PMBI, and GIRO.
You are recognized for your autonomy, rigor, organization, and synthesis skills.
Your English is operational.
