Job Description
As part of a newly created position, our client is recruiting a PMO with a key role in structuring and globally managing industrial projects.
You will be involved in complex special machinery projects, from design to commissioning.
Responsibilities
Project Management & Structuring
- Optimize and enforce project processes (product development & special projects)
- Structure project management: milestones, deliverables, KPIs, risk management
- Guarantee Quality / Cost / Deadline objectives
- Ensure reporting to management
Team Management
- Supervise a team of project managers and pre-project managers (3 to 7 people)
- Develop team skills
- Harmonize project practices and standards
- Prioritize and arbitrate projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial project management
- Experience in management (minimum 2-3 years, team of 3 to 7 people)
- Mandatory experience in complex special machinery
- Experience in a structured industrial environment (multi-disciplinary engineering department)
- Management of multiple projects in parallel (10-15)
