Job Description

As part of a newly created position, our client is recruiting a PMO with a key role in structuring and globally managing industrial projects.

You will be involved in complex special machinery projects, from design to commissioning.

Responsibilities

Project Management & Structuring

• Optimize and enforce project processes (product development & special projects)
• Structure project management: milestones, deliverables, KPIs, risk management
• Guarantee Quality / Cost / Deadline objectives
• Ensure reporting to management

Team Management

• Supervise a team of project managers and pre-project managers (3 to 7 people)
• Develop team skills
• Harmonize project practices and standards
• Prioritize and arbitrate projects

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial project management
• Experience in management (minimum 2-3 years, team of 3 to 7 people)
• Mandatory experience in complex special machinery
• Experience in a structured industrial environment (multi-disciplinary engineering department)
• Management of multiple projects in parallel (10-15)
