Role Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and technically strong Project Management Professional – Learning & Talent Development. This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams, including requirements intake, project scoping, planning, coordination, and implementation of HR and Learning & Talent Development initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing technical or systems-related projects while partnering with business stakeholders, systems teams, and cross-functional teams to manage integrations, dependencies, and solution alignment.
Candidates should be comfortable driving project execution through structured project plans, facilitating working sessions, communicating risks/issues, and ensuring smooth delivery within Agile or Hybrid project environments. Experience supporting HR, HRIS, or Learning & Talent Development initiatives is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management experience
- Experience with Agile or Hybrid delivery methodologies
- PMP Certification preferred
- HR or Learning & Talent Development experience
- Experience managing enterprise-level technical projects
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
