Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our Cybersecurity Team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate cybersecurity-related projects, ensuring successful delivery across timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to drive security initiatives in a fast‑paced and international environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and contributing to the protection of enterprise systems and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end cybersecurity projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Coordinate project activities across cybersecurity, infrastructure, operations, and business teams
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and resource planning
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communications
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Support cybersecurity transformation initiatives, governance activities, and process improvements
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Collaborate with technical teams on security-related implementations, upgrades, and remediation activities
- Ensure alignment with internal security standards, compliance requirements, and organizational objectives
- Support change management and communication activities related to cybersecurity initiatives

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in cybersecurity, IT, or technology-related environments
- Experience managing complex projects in large consulting organizations, multinational companies, or enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, governance, risk, and compliance principles
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent knowledge of English and German (written and spoken)
- Swiss or EU nationality, or a valid Swiss work permit required
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Experience working with cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls
- Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus
- Experience supporting security operations, risk management, or cybersecurity transformation programs
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and cloud security initiatives
