Project Management Support - Growth Opportunities (w/m/d)
Wilo
flexible Full-time 2mo ago
About the role
Your new area of influence
- Structuring project planning: You plan and schedule projects together with the respective project owners and ensure that all activities follow Wilo’s project management standards – enabling teams across Europe to keep an overview.
- Coordinating team meetings: You plan, prepare and coordinate regular project and team meetings, create agendas and materials, and make sure that each session results in clear outcomes and next steps.
- Ensuring information flow: You ensure transparent information exchange within the project teams – from preparation through minutes and action lists to follow-up – so that all stakeholders are always “in the same boat”.
- Managing reporting & documentation: You prepare project reports and status updates, maintain project documents, notes and action lists, and ensure clean, traceable project documentation – the basis for efficient and sustainable decision-making.
- Developing standards & leading your own projects: You derive company-wide standards from project results, prepare them in a structured way and independently take on smaller projects – actively contributing to the further development of processes and locations within the Wilo Group.
The cornerstones of your success
- Project management foundation: You have a completed degree with a commercial or technical focus (e.g. dual study program, bachelor’s degree) or a comparable qualification, and you possess solid project management knowledge, ideally already in an international context.
- Initial practical experience: You have already gained initial professional experience in a project management environment – for example in project support, in a PMO or in comparable roles – and you feel comfortable working in a structured, process-oriented way.
- Digitally fit: You are proficient in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and you use digital tools efficiently for planning, reporting and documentation; experience with additional project management tools is a plus.
- Working style & personality: You work carefully, in a structured and independent manner, keep an eye on deadlines, costs and quality, and proactively contribute to project teams. Clear communication, enjoyment of collaboration and an open eye for improvements characterize you – this is how you keep our projects reliably “in flow”.
- Language skills in Europe: You communicate confidently in business-level English and fluently in German – both spoken and written – and can therefore navigate safely in our European project landscape with its diverse stakeholders.

They are expressed in our corporate culture, our lived responsibility for employees and the environment, our goal-oriented pioneering spirit and in our efforts to constantly improve.
