About the Role

As Team Leader Project Management NPI, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the process of new product introductions. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that new products are brought to market on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Managers with a strong focus on coaching, motivation, and development.
• Assign and monitor resources to achieve project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Manage project budget and report financial progress.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
• Review technical specifications and product designs.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.

What Do We Offer?

• A gross monthly salary between €4000 and €6000, depending on your experience and skills.
• A permanent contract from the first day of work.
• 8 % vacation pay.
• Bonus of up to 10 % of annual salary.

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre (up to 50 km one way).
