This role supports AMENA AFRICA’s project delivery across business delegation, market entry, and B2B matchmaking initiatives. The Project Management Trainee will work closely with the project team to support planning, research, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple sectors. The role is ideal for a recent graduate seeking hands‑on experience in consulting, project management, and international business development.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of projects.
  • Conduct market and business research and analysis.
  • Support project documentation, reporting, and knowledge management.
  • Assist in tracking project progress and flagging areas requiring adjustment.
  • Participate in team meetings and communication with project stakeholders.
  • Support B2B matchmaking activities, including outreach and coordination with potential partners.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Recent graduate from a higher education institution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong business and market research skills.
  • Experience with Office 365.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Self‑motivated and driven.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to navigate Cape Town or Johannesburg.
  • Willingness to work independently or from home.
