Your Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute investment and customer projects (equipment, plants, utilities) according to current cGMP and GAMP 5 requirements
• Lead and manage technical tasks
• Create and review qualification and validation documents (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Perform risk analyses (e.g., FMEA, Risk Assessment)
• Act as an interface between customers, internal departments (production, QA, technical) and external partners
• Ensure timely implementation of project and qualification measures while adhering to regulatory requirements
• Manage change controls and support audits and inspections

Our Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training with further education (HF, FH) or technical degree
• Sound experience in technical project management and in the qualification of pharmaceutical plants and systems, such as process, filling, packaging, and infrastructure plants
• Regulatory knowledge related to calibration, maintenance, and technical documentation
• Experience with computer-aided systems and automated plants (CSV advantageous)
• Strong technical understanding and good communication skills in German and English
• Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment
• Solution-oriented approach with a high degree of personal responsibility
