PROJECT MANAGER - 250 DAY (MULTIPLE POSITIONS)

Job Summary

This position facilitates and coordinates the activities of design professionals, consultants, contractors and various maintenance shops in alteration and renovation projects in the Prince William County School System. This position performs work under the general supervision of the Coordinator of Projects, Permits, and Records.

Additional Information/Requirements

An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site. 7.5 hours/day

Multiple positions available:

• One position will support theatrical production spaces, stage construction, and performance venues with a preference for experience in fixed and movable stages, theatrical construction standards and coordination with designers and technical staff.
• One position will focus in site development, paving and sport fields with a preference for experience in projects involving earthwork, grading, paving, athletic fields.
• One position will focus on general construction with experience in commercial, educational or public sector facilities.

Salary

Hiring range: $38.61 - $61.82/hour ($72,387 - $115,911/year)*

DAYS: 250 FULL TIME/PART TIME: Full time
