What You Can Expect

• You will independently and goal-orientedly lead implementation projects for customers as a Project Manager.
• You will install and parameterize the Abacus software in the project management area and train our customers' employees.
• Responsibility for adhering to the project plan and project budget.
• Analysis of existing customer processes, recording new needs, and documenting them.
• Use of IT tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Office products, as well as all common MS Office products.
• You will also contribute your learned expertise as a sub-project manager in other projects.
• Support for various internal stakeholders at events and trade fairs.
• You will discover Switzerland with us, as your travel share is 40%.

What You Bring

• You have professional experience in the implementation of ERP products and possess very good Abacus knowledge, especially in the area of project management (AbaProject).
• You have industry experience in the construction sector, ideally in the main construction, painting/plastering, or architecture/engineering/planning fields.
• A completed Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• You enjoy combining your analytical skills and negotiation skills with your assertiveness.
• You are strong in customer communication and can explain complex topics understandably.
