Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) is hiring Project Managers (f/m) to drive transformation, process optimization, and high‑impact engineering projects across Germany, working directly on Airbus programs.

Your mission

• Bridge current operations with future standardized processes and drive efficiency improvements.
• Translate business needs into clear project roadmaps with defined priorities.
• Lead transformation and harmonization initiatives (incl. SAP) across multiple functions.
• Deliver impactful improvement projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Manage cross‑functional teams, governance, risks and stakeholders.
• Support data‑driven decisions through KPIs, dashboards and performance tracking.

You’re a great fit if you have

• Master’s/Diploma in Business, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Engineering or similar.
• English B2+
• German C1 - desirable
• Availability to work on‑site in Germany.
