Project Manager – AI Agent Rollout

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – AI Agent Rollout to lead the deployment and adoption of Salesforce AI Agent capabilities across a global organisation. The role focuses on delivering AI-powered solutions while ensuring governance, security, compliance, and measurable business value. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, vendors, and technology teams to drive scalable AI transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end rollout of Salesforce AI Agent solutions
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate cross-functional business and IT teams
• Drive AI adoption, change management, and governance activities
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and AI standards
• Track KPIs and business outcomes for AI deployments
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum delivery processes and reporting
• Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful project execution

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Project / Programmer Management
• Strong experience with Salesforce platforms and AI solutions
• Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein Analytics and AI Agents
• Agile/Scrum delivery expertise
• Experience managing an enterprise transformation programmer
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have

• Exposure to GenAI or enterprise AI transformation programmer
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, or Salesforce
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation environments
