As our company continues to expand across VA, NC, SC, GA, AL, TN and TX, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with fire alarm and/or sprinkler background to join our Florence, SC operations. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional who’s ready to lead projects, mentor teams, and ensure quality installations from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee fire alarm and/or sprinkler installation projects from start to closeout.
  • Approve project scope, plans, and target costs for each job.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and technical support to project teams.
  • Maintain strong communication with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment.
  • Track and report project progress, financials, and milestones.
  • Build and maintain quality relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Ensure all work meets Eagle Fire’s quality and safety standards.

What You Bring

  • 5–10 years of project management experience in fire protection, alarm, or sprinkler systems.
  • NICET Level II or higher in Fire Alarm Systems (Sprinkler certification a plus).
  • Proven experience leading technical or installation teams.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple active projects.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must pass a security and background check.
