Project Manager

Position Context

As part of a landmark new construction project in Lille, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of a 45,000 m² office complex.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to final handover
• Coordinate all stakeholders: design offices, contractors, client representatives, etc.
• Oversee technical, contractual, budgetary, and scheduling aspects
• Identify, anticipate, and manage project risks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client
• Ensure quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and overall project performance
• Lead coordination meetings and steering committees

Profile Sought

Education

• Engineering degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing complex all-trades (TCE) construction projects
• Solid knowledge of technical and architectural trades

Skills

• Proficiency with project management tools and methods
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English
• Strong leadership, rigor, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
