Responsible for planning, managing and leading key strategic projects from initiation through completion, ensuring consistency with strategy, purpose and goals.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Lead projects in an international S/4HANA environment and other financial accounting and finance transformation projects and responsible for increasing efficiency and development of the international SAP landscape
• Support the development and improvement of financial systems and their integration to the bank’s core-banking system. Supporting SAP S/4HANA modules and their standard processes and customizing as well as in-house developments for a range of SAP modules including FI/CO/AA/AP/AR/SD/MM/RE-FX/TRM/VIM in a global environment and its integration to the bank’s core-banking system
• Responsible for business analysis and project management and providing respective information including data flows, roadmaps, timeline, business requirements and testcases.
• Regular communication with the Management about project status, escalation, meeting targets in scope, time, and cost
• Represent financial accounting in co-operation with other finance units (Group Tax, Tax, Management Accounting, IT-Operations, Payroll, etc.)

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Information Technology
• Strong SAP knowledge (SAP FI, GL/AP/AR/AA/MM/SD/MCA/Arriba/ TRM/RE-FX/VIM)
• Several years' work experience as business analyst and project manager in the implementation of international SAP S/4HANA projects as well as core-banking projects
• Several years' work experience in the Financial Accounting department of a bank within an international environment is an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in SAP FI-GL and core-banking interfaces, multi-currency accounting and/or vendor invoice management, and/or Ariba is an advantage and/or core-banking projects
• Experience in digitalization and SAP – core-banking integration
• Good knowledge of engineering and change management
• Good understanding of finance related IT applications and MS Office products
• Fluent in German, English (written and spoken)
• Team player
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High motivation and drive to get things done
• Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial spirit
• High flexibility
