Your Responsibilities

As a Project Manager and Consultant (m/f/d), you are responsible for the successful introduction and technical integration of our software solutions. You work at the interface between customers and product development. You combine well-founded consulting with technical know-how and ensure that our solutions are implemented in a performant, sustainable, and customer-oriented manner. During the introduction phase, you take on project management and are the central point of contact for our customers.

What You Bring

• Experience in project management – you have independently led software introductions and are familiar with time, budget, and quality responsibility from practice.
• Process analysis & conception – you quickly grasp existing business processes and develop customized target concepts from them.
• Technical understanding – interfaces, data migration, and system parameterization are not foreign words to you.
• Communication skills & customer focus – you confidently lead workshops, training sessions, and customer meetings and systematically record requirements.
• Analytical thinking & implementation strength – you steer technical and functional requirements purposefully and bring them to completion.
• Willingness to shape & team spirit – you actively contribute to the further development of product requirements, processes, and project methodology.
• Structured working method & documentation – you work closely with development, hand over cleanly to support, and document comprehensibly.
