Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative architecture team working on impactful projects that bring communities together.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading projects end-to-end, working cross-functionally, and developing creative and technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage multiple small to mid-sized architectural projects
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and consultants
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and scope
• Coordinate internal teams (design + technical staff)
• Develop design solutions and technical documentation
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and project strategies
• Ensure high-quality construction documents
• Mentor junior team members
• Manage project communication and documentation

What we’re looking for

• 5–8 years of experience in architecture or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with Autodesk Revit
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and team player mindset
• Licensure is a plus (not required)
