Project Manager Assistant

About the Role

The external partner relations team works closely with Ubisoft production studios to support video game development across different platforms. It is involved in co-development, porting, remastering, or original game creation projects, conducted with external partners (development studios or third-party publishers), and contributes to ensuring effective collaboration between partners and internal Ubisoft teams.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be mentored by the Business Development Director, with progressive support aimed at:

• Developing your understanding of the challenges of production and B2B partnerships in video games;
• Acquiring solid foundations in partner relations, project analysis, and cross-functional coordination.

You will gradually gain skills to take on certain tasks autonomously, always with the team's support. Your main responsibilities will revolve around the following points:

Responsibilities

• Participate in identifying potential new partners, in line with the needs of internal teams, and contribute to maintaining our database (expertise, projects completed, platforms, key contacts);
• Support Ubisoft studios in defining their needs, evaluating proposals, and establishing collaboration with external studios;
• Assist in coordinating projects with the various departments involved (legal, finance, communication, purchasing, studios, publishing, brand portfolio management);
• Participate in the preliminary analysis of proposals or project ideas from external partners;
• Feed the team's internal communication (i.e., reference documents, knowledge bases, presentation of team projects within the department).

This position offers concrete exposure to the video game ecosystem, at the intersection of:

• Development studios;
• External partners;
• Internal Ubisoft teams.
