Your Profile

• Completed technical training (HTL/FH/University) with strong commercial affinity
• Experience in international plant construction, mechanical engineering, or a comparable customer-facing position is an advantage
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Experience with common ERP software
• Excellent communication skills
• Good German and English skills appropriate for the position
• High social competence, confident demeanor, and a high degree of personal responsibility, self-organization, and resilience
• Entrepreneurial thinking, solution-oriented approach, strong quality awareness, and customer focus

Your Future Activities

• Independent planning and management of international customer projects/orders after award
• Overall responsibility for project realization and achievement of project goals regarding costs, deadlines, and quality, revenue, and profit
• Contract management and contract negotiations with customers in case of contract changes
• Execution of claim and change order management
• Regular project reporting and continuous communication with customers and other partners
• Creation of technical documents within customer projects
• Document management for internal and external tracking of revisions and approvals
• System entry and maintenance of projects in SAP

We Offer

• Part-time employment from 30 hours per week or full-time employment (38.5 h/week)
• A minimum gross salary for full-time employment of EUR 3,329.57 gross per month, paid 14 times a year, with market-based compensation depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
• Overtime is paid additionally
