Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects ranging from $5M to $20M+ across Healthcare, Commercial, Government, Industrial, and Multifamily sectors.
The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout, managing project teams, schedules, budgets, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, including preconstruction, budgeting, procurement, construction execution, and project closeout.
- Develop and maintain project plans to monitor progress, deliverables, budgets, and schedules.
- Leads and coordinate internal teams, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and verify quality of installed work.
- Facilitate communication between field operations, estimating, accounting, and executive leadership to ensure project alignment.
- Manage RFIs, submittmits, and change orders, ensuring timely responses, accurate pricing, and proper documentation.
- Review and verify monthly project requisitions to ensure accuracy of work completed and correctness of associated billing.
- Perform Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) reviews of all work installed.
- Identify potential project risks and develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Lead project meetings and ensure clear documentation of project decisions, action items, and deliverables.
- Ensure the protection of stakeholder financial interests by monitoring budget, costs, and expenditures.
- Ensure timely project closeout, including all final inspections and documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-12+ years of project management experience in Commercial, Government, Industrial, Multifamily, or Healthcare construction.
- Experience working in management roles on professional construction sites.
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven leadership experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in preconstruction planning and management.
- Proven experience managing projects as a General Contractor and leading teams.
- Expert knowledge of reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications.
- Working knowledge and ability to comply with all OSHA regulations and applicable local safety regulations.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, including mechanical, electrical, and architectural systems.
- High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms and conditions.
- Demonstrated experience serving as Project Manager on multiple projects exceeding $5M and at least one project exceeding $12M.
- Proficient in RFIs and submittal reviews.
- Experience with CPM scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Project.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Familiarity with Government contracting practices.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to budget, schedule, and negotiate and control costs.
- Ability to quickly comprehend and apply new information and complex concepts.
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Ability to function in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to visit and inspect active construction sites, including walking, climbing ladders, and navigating uneven terrain in various weather conditions.
- Clear, easy to understand oral communication ability.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: $100,000 – $145,000 depending on experience, qualifications, and project size responsibility.
