Compensation

$90,000 – $130,000 base salary + bonus potential

Job Details

We’re looking for a hybrid Estimator / Project Manager who can take projects from pursuit through execution and closeout.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to price work accurately, win it, and deliver it successfully in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze plans and specs to develop accurate bids
• Perform detailed takeoffs and cost estimates
• Manage awarded projects including schedule, budget, and execution
• Serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, and documentation
• Coordinate between field and office teams
• Track quantities, production, and job costs
• Maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships
• Manage permitting, startup, and closeout with local agencies

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of experience in civil/site development construction
• Experience with earthwork, excavation, underground utilities, and storm drainage
• Familiarity with:
  • Agtek
  • HardDollar, B2W, or HCSS
  • Microsoft Project (or similar)
• Experience working with local municipalities and inspections
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
