Project Manager

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)

• Lead structured, transparent, and methodical execution of complex, cross-functional R&D projects
• Enable fact-based decision-making for teams and senior leadership
• Ensure adherence to governance, processes, and project standards
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, production, quality, procurement, and product management
• Prepare decision-ready analyses, status reports, and steering committee documents
• Actively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and structured change processes
• Continuously improve project execution performance across the organisation

Mandatory Skills

• Strong understanding of business-economic correlations, cost structures, and scenario evaluation (5-8 years)
• Extensive experience managing complex, cross-functional development projects with structured governance (5-8 years)
• Experience coordinating or leading interdisciplinary technical development projects (mechatronic, embedded, system-level)
• Strong proficiency in project management tools, processes, and governance frameworks
• Proven stakeholder management across engineering, production, quality, procurement, and product management
• Experience creating decision-ready reports and steering documents for senior leadership
• Demonstrated risk, issue, and change management capability in complex programmes

Education

• Bachelor's degree in: Mechanical Engineering & Business/ Electrical Engineering/ Information Technology or a related technical field
