The FTTH Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of FTTX projects, from planning to final acceptance, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, cost control, and efficient use of materials. The role includes leading and managing project teams, fostering effective collaboration, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The position also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships to promote ongoing satisfaction and continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities:

1) End-to-end delivery of FTTX project, accountable for project schedule, quality, cost, materials, and final acceptance.

2) Team planning, formation, and management.

3) Maintain and expand client relationships to ensure continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

4) Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution

5) Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication

6) Track progress, escalate risks, and ensure on-time ATP sign-off

7) Lead team performance and reporting

Requirements:

1) Extensive experience in FTTX and Home Connection project execution.

2) Experienced in team management.

3) Professional working proficiency in English.
