About the Role

• Full-time contract position within a data and information management team
• Focused on driving project delivery across analytics and reporting initiatives
• Acts as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Ensures requirements are clearly defined and work progresses on schedule
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and communicating progress to leadership
• Work centered around the claims function; familiarity with insurance operations or data-heavy environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and validate detailed project requirements
• Oversee end-to-end project planning and execution for data and analytics initiatives within the claims organization
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and keep timelines on track
• Translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable project plans and provide regular status updates to leadership
• Support work related to data pipelines, reporting tools, and predictive modeling efforts as project needs arise
• Identify and proactively address blockers or issues that could impact delivery timelines or outcomes

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Project Manager supporting data, analytics, or technology-driven teams
• Strong background in requirements gathering and documentation across diverse stakeholder groups
• Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of business needs and technical delivery
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present clearly to all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Bonus / Soft Skills

• Prior exposure to data analytics projects, reporting platforms, or predictive modeling initiatives
• Experience working in the insurance industry, particularly within a claims or operations context
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery frameworks
• PMP certification or equivalent formal project management training
• Comfortable working independently in a matrixed organization with minimal supervision
