Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Alpine, Utah, for a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications. Day-to-day tasks include planning project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, managing resources, supervising contractors, addressing project risks, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Scheduling, and Resource Allocation skills
• Strong understanding of Budgeting, Cost Control, and Financial Oversight
• Experience in Risk Management and Problem-Solving during project execution
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Technical knowledge of Construction Methods, Codes, and Building Materials
• Proficiency in Project Management software tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• PMP Certification or equivalent is a plus
• Previous experience managing design-build projects is highly desirable
