Responsibilities

• Independently manage projects in thermal energy and hydrogen across all project lifecycle phases from initiation to closure
• Contribute to proposal preparation and tender processes in support of sales activities
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Steer budgets to ensure financial targets
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, contractual obligations, and safety regulations
• Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients
• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams including engineers and consultants to achieve project objectives

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Energy Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Project Management, or related fields
• At least 5 years of project management experience in energy, infrastructure, or water sectors
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering international projects within the thermal power plant sector
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and international standards
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project
• Project management certification is a plus
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
