About This Role

The Project Manager at Durable will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, delivering results on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Plan and manage projects from initiation to closure, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Allocate resources and monitor resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate project team activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct regular project meetings to communicate updates, progress, and any issues
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed
• Manage project budgets and track expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and outcomes
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing guidance and support to team members
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures
• Procurement of materials.
• Project Closeouts:
  • Warranty
  • Final invoicing
  • Collect retainage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget effectively
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred)
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
