Project Manager

About

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Project Manager based in Neunkirchen.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling, planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and client requirements.
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Continuous monitoring of project progress.
• Maintaining transparency through structured reporting.
• Managing logistics.
• Overseeing expediting activities.
• Ensuring all inspection processes comply with quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Strong knowledge of expediting processes and coordination to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Experience with inspection procedures and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Proven ability in logistics management, ensuring timely and efficient resource allocation and delivery.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills (proficient in German and English).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in demolition and construction environments is an advantage.
• Valid European driving license.
