Your Role

We are looking for support for our Project Management team in the Germany North/West region as soon as possible as a Project Manager (m/f/d).

What You Do

  • You independently plan, manage, and take responsibility for projects in contract logistics – from the idea to successful completion, e.g., the implementation of new customers.
  • You keep an eye on time, costs, quality, and results and ensure transparent implementation.
  • You coordinate interdisciplinary project teams as well as internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are the first point of contact and coordinate requirements with customers and specialist departments accordingly.
  • You manage change requests from requirement to billing.
  • You manage project controlling, investment, and risk management.
  • You support tests, roll-outs, commissioning, and training.
  • You regularly report on project status and ensure agreed KPIs.

What You Bring

  • You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on logistics.
  • You have experience in project management, preferably in complex or interdisciplinary projects in contract logistics.
  • You are familiar with project management methods and tools (classic and/or agile).
  • You have a good understanding of processes and can structure requirements.
  • You work independently, are organized, and solution-oriented.
  • You communicate confidently with various contact persons – also in English.
  • You are team-oriented, take responsibility, and actively drive topics forward.
  • You are willing to travel depending on the project.
