Project Manager

Duties

• Lead project planning sessions, develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools, and establish clear milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Manage project budgets by performing accurate construction estimating, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, schematics, blueprints, and contract specifications.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid to monitor progress, update schedules, and document project changes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to facilitate accurate execution of construction plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards, track progress, and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Skills

• Extensive experience with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and project scheduling methodologies.
• Proven ability in project coordination across multiple stakeholders in complex construction environments.
• Deep understanding of construction site operations, safety protocols, blueprint reading, and contract management.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with schematics interpretation and civil engineering principles relevant to large-scale projects.
• Effective communication skills for clear collaboration with team members at all levels of the organization.

$68,329.64 - $105,000.00 per year
