Foldam Staalbouw is looking for a Project Manager.

As a steel construction project manager, you are responsible for coordinating and directing projects within the steel industry, focusing on achieving objectives such as ensuring on-time delivery and controlling costs.

Key tasks of a steel construction project manager

• Reviewing the project scope and sharing all relevant details with the project team.
• Acting as the main point of contact between team members, clients and other stakeholders.
• Monitoring planning and budget and intervening when the design deviates from the original agreement.
• Ensuring timely invoicing and maintaining accurate administration.
• Overseeing quality control and managing possibe risks.
• Scheduling and leading team meetings and attending client meetings.
• Reporting to management.

What do we expect from you as a project manager?

• Some experience in project management and knowledge of steel construction processes are essential for this role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills and organisational ability.
• Willingness to travel frequently abroad when projects require it.
• A driving licence.
• Excellent communication and written skills in both Dutch and English.
