For our client, a technology company in a safety-critical application area, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) as part of temporary employment or direct placement.

Your responsibilities:

• Full project responsibility for development results in customer projects and internal development projects, including commercial responsibility, in special machine/plant construction
• End-to-end responsibility for the planning and execution of technical work packages within the given cost and time frame for customer projects
• Responsibility for the technical solution of the order/specification and achievement of manufacturing costs
• Coordination of the project team, as well as technical coordination of work packages in various development areas
• Creation and execution of project controlling, reporting & status reports, and ensuring data provision in the project portfolio management tool
• Risk management within the scope of project responsibilities
• Planning and scheduling of commissioning, organization of the creation of necessary project documentation
• Support with product and price optimizations, as well as supporting sales in acquiring new customers and orders
• Compliance and implementation of internal company processes, especially PEP and project management

What we are looking for:

• Successfully completed technical university degree
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position (new or adaptation developments for complex mechatronic systems)
• Business administration knowledge
• Training in project standards according to IPMA/GPM is desirable
• Project management experience in development projects of special machines with comparable complexity and markets
• Enthusiasm for technical projects and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex issues
• Leadership experience with employees as well as external communication with customers and authorities
• Fluent German and English language skills
• IT skills (SAP, MS-Project, Office, PPM tool)
