Project Manager

One of Insight Global's largest health system clients of Southern New Jersey is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their PMO. This person will be joining a robust team of Project Managers, all supporting projects related to Applications & Health IT. The ideal candidate will come from the Health System or Hospital background, with experience working in a highly regulated environment, executing on enterprise wide IT Application-related projects, which could include, but are not limited to, EMR/EHR projects, HL7 expertise, Patient Identity and Security Projects, and Clinical Applications. Juggling 6-10 workflows in a given time, the ideal candidate will have prior experience building relationships with and consulting with a multitude of different stakeholders from different backgrounds, including IT teams, clinicians, and executive leadership. This is a remote role, but the candidate needs to be comfortable coming onsite as needed to South Jersey to support go-lives, complete whiteboarding sessions with leadership, etc. These will be planned visits.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5+ years working as a Project Manager within healthcare, specifically within a health system/hospital or payor, with a specialty in IT PMO
• Experience leading and executing on enterprise-wide initiatives that touch multiple stakeholders of different backgrounds
• Expertise in the Waterfall methodology
• Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate project goals and process across executives, clinicians, and IT professionals
• Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to make time-sensitive decisions and to create meaningful plan to execute on goals
