Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning through completion
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and overall implementation
• Coordinate and allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel, subcontractors, and vendors
• Work closely with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and municipal officials
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor pricing, change orders, and scope adjustments
• Maintain project quality and ensure work is completed in accordance with plans and specifications
• Monitor progress, identify issues early, and drive solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction project management or a related field
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and budgeting
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Deadline-driven and detail-oriented
