What You'll Do

• Independent management of technically challenging projects from planning through to successful implementation and follow-up
• Ensuring safety, quality, deadlines, and cost control throughout all project phases
• Providing on-site technical consulting to clients and maintaining continuous, transparent communication
• Planning, managing, and monitoring resources (staff, equipment, service providers)
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and technical execution at various locations
• Ongoing monitoring of project progress and active participation in process and workflow optimization

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or certification as a technician/master craftsman
• Ideally, experience in project management
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and project management tools)
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Strong customer focus
• Project-related travel to various locations (approx. 70%)
• Hands-on approach with a solution-oriented, technical mindset
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and initiative
