About

The Manpower Luxembourg recruitment firm is recruiting a Senior Project Manager on a permanent contract for one of its clients, a renowned real estate developer in Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be in charge of:

• Following up and supervising the execution of a large-scale project, ensuring deadlines, budget, and quality are met
• Coordinating internal and external teams, as well as various stakeholders to ensure the smooth progress of the project
• Piloting construction phases and monitoring steps from design to execution on site
• Managing relationships with clients, partners, and authorities while ensuring compliance with standards and site progress
• Ensuring fluid communication with all stakeholders and resolving any encountered problems
• Monitoring the financial management of the project to optimize costs and ensure adherence to the allocated budget

Your Profile

• You have confirmed experience in project management in the real estate sector, ideally on large-scale office projects.
• You have significant experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in project monitoring.
• You have excellent knowledge of construction processes and safety and quality standards.
• You are comfortable managing teams and coordinating external stakeholders.
• You are fluent in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
• You are organized, proactive, and have excellent communication skills.
