About the role
Job Summary
We’re looking for a driven and organized Sales & Project Manager to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships while also keeping projects on track from kickoff to completion. You’ll play a key role in both generating new business and ensuring a smooth, successful delivery for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage projects from initial sale through execution and completion
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and expectations are met
- Track project progress and proactively address challenges
- Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders throughout each phase
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and project updates
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, project management, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented
- Experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus
