For our HubSpot team, we are looking for a Project Manager / Junior Project Manager (all genders) starting as soon as possible. This is a permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week. Location: Kassel or hybrid.

Responsibilities
- Independent management and implementation of projects related to HubSpot and Customer Experience.
- Close collaboration with clients and internal teams to define and achieve project goals.
- Creation of project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Monitoring of project progress, resources, and budgets.
- Contribution to the shaping of internal processes and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Initial experience in project management or a strong motivation to establish a career in this field.
- Service-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for customers.
- Basic knowledge of HubSpot and/or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently.
- Fluent German and English language skills.

Requirements
- Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder eine starke Motivation, in diesem Bereich Fuß zu fassen.
- Dienstleistungsmentalität und eine echte Leidenschaft für Kunden.
- Grundkenntnisse in HubSpot und/oder CRM-Systemen von Vorteil.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
- Hands-on-Mentalität und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Responsibilities
- Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten rund um HubSpot und Customer Experience.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Teams, um Projektziele zu definieren und zu erreichen.
- Erstellung von Projektplänen, Zeitplänen und Statusberichten.
- Monitoring von Projektfortschritten, Ressourcen und Budgets.
- Mitgestaltung von internen Prozessen und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.
