Project Manager

Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects, ensuring they are delivered within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Acting as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders, the Project Manager coordinates resources, manages risks, and ensures that project objectives align with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Initiation

• Define project objectives, scope, and timelines.
• Develop budgets and allocate resources.
• Identify project risks and critical paths.

Team Management & Coordination

• Organize the project team and assign tasks.
• Monitor the progress of team members' work.
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration.

Project Execution & Monitoring

• Track project progress to ensure completion according to plan.
• Manage project changes; adjust resources and timelines as necessary.
• Prepare project reports and provide updates to management and clients.

Risk Management & Problem Solving

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve issues that arise during project execution.
• Ensure project quality and deliverables meet established standards.

Project Closure & Evaluation

• Ensure project documentation is complete and deliverables are handed over.
• Document lessons learned from the project.
• Conduct performance evaluations for the project team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher (majors in Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle project-related pressure and multitask effectively.
